For dinner that is, hehee!
This afternoon before my workout I had a couple of dates stuffed with some PB.
Delish!!!!
Then I hopped on the treadmill and did a quick mile (I really didn’t want to do anything, I had to force myself), then I did the hip opening flow from yogadownload.com.
About an hour after than I had a peach. yumm!
Then I had a shocktop while I worked on dinner. (this is the ONLY beer that I like. I finally came across it in a grocery store, I’ve been looking for it forever)
For dinner I made Mahi Mahi burgers with srirachi mayo and sweet potato fries.
Srirachi mayo…
I didn’t make the mahi mahi patty- it was premade by my friend, Whole Foods.
I loaded up my “burger” with veggies and a little bit of the srirachi mayo.
mmmmm, sweet potato fries…
And for dessert I’ll probably have one of the SO delicious coconut milk mini ice cream sandwiches. LOVE!

MMmm… Belgian Whites! That type of beer is my favorite! I like Shock Top but Blue Moon is my favorite.
I’ve never had Mahi Mahi before, but those look good. I’ll look them up next time I’m at Whole Foods.
