Howdy folks!
What a looooong day! And still so far from Friday, sigh.
For breakfast this morning I decided to have a protein shake. Not sure why, I just wasn’t feeling anything else this morn. I had a BSN chocolate lean dessert powder w/ 1 cup milk, 1/2 banana, 3 T unsweetened coconut, and some more “greens”.
Again, the amazing grass did nothing for me. No pep, I was soooo sleepy today. This was my last sample of it, so I definitely won’t be buying any more. I can’t wait for my green vibrance to come in!!
Lunch…
I had some green chile hummus ( a couple of Tablespoons)
Kashi 7 grain crackers
chobani w/ kashi go lean crunch
pixie tangerine
This definitely was NOT enough food! I was STARVING at the end of school, so as soon as I got home I made a sandwich.
Ham on wheat bread with mustard
food should taste good buffalo chips
That definitely hit the spot!
Then I hopped on the treadmill and ran two miles. I did some speed work today- I’m trying to speed up my mile.
For dinner we had FISH TACOS! yumm yumm yumm!
Grilled Mahi Mahi
Corn tortillas
Avocado
Blue Cheese slaw (got the recipe from bites + bowls)
The tacos (fish + cabbage + a slice of avocado, and one of them had a tiny sprinkle of cheese)
The “slaw” (so so so good!)
Whelp, I guess that’s about it for today. Just gonna hang out on the couch with hubby and watch a little TV. Nighty night!!!
