Well, this has nothing to do with pina coladas, but it is about coconut.  Plus I like that song!

I’m putting a new item in my shop and wanted to share some info about it real quick.  You’ve most likely seen this one before on the blog, I love love love it!

It’s the Artisana Coconut Butter!  LOVE this stuff!!  I like it because 1)there’s nothing in it except for coconut and 2)it tastes amazing!

What can you do with it?  Gosh, what can’t you do with it?! 

I love it with some preserves on a piece of toast…

Or on my oatmeal!

Or on a sandwich thin with a little chocolate PB!

Or on graham crackers (sorry, no picture- they won’t stay out of my mouth long enough for me to take a picture :))

Or as frosting on a chocolate cupcake- nom nom nom!

That’s just a few examples of what to do with it.  It seems a bit pricy but the jar is pretty big and it’s very rich so you only need a little at a time so the jar lasts for a realllllly long time!
