Tonight for dinner I threw together a chicken Parmesan-esc thing. Whole wheat spaghetti, a little organic spaghetti sauce. I seared some chicken, put it on top of the spaghetti + sauce in my cute little fiesta oval baker. Added 1/4 cup mozzarella on top and stuck it under the broiler. I added a little steamed cauliflower on the side. It was pretty tasty!!
Oh yeah, and I might have had a spoon full of PB too.
Well, that’s all I’ve got right now. I’ve got an early workout in the morning so I’m getting my booty to bed!! Goodnight!!
