Gosh, I haven’t blogged in a long while! I get caught up in other stuff quite easily and I tend to just let this go by the wayside more easily than I should.
Justin and I went to celebrate the fourth and his birthday (which was yesterday!) at concerts in the garden. Let’s just say Fort Worth Symphony + fireworks + patriotic music= awesomeness!

Half a ham and cheese sammich and wheat berry salad.
Close up of the wheat berry salad. Here’s the recipe. I think this is my favorite thing I’ve EVER made! I cut the EVOO and lemon juice in half for the “dressing” to save some fat and calories.

Erin, I think it came from Target. Someone at work gave it to me for my work bridal shower last summer. We love picnics so it’s come in very handy!
